The house has central Heating and window units for AC right now. I plan on switching to central AC early 2026. House includes Washer and Dryer. Gas stove and oven. Fridge has water and ice maker. Rent includes access to everything in the kitchen, so, no need to buy cookware or utensils. The living room and use of tv is also included. Rent also includes Trash and 1 gbps internet. Electricity, gas, and water will be split evenly. The renter will be living with 1 other person (me, the homeowner) so the kitchen, dining room, and living room are all shared spaces.
