This is not quite what I was looking for on a question aire and would like to have a question aire on the upkeep of the complex. The hallways are always dirty and I track that into my house with my wheelchaire, the communication is poor and the disturbances from my neighbors upstairs is a constant annoyance for 2yrs and continues to go unresolved even though I have brought it to the attention of the office.
