I absolutely love this place. The apartments are spacious and the in unit laundry is great, so I dont have to take laundry up and down the stairs. All of the amenities that are on the property are very useful and family friendly. Maintenance is great at keeping on top of requests. The staff here are sweet, and work with you if there are any issues.

Love the location, There have been small issues like my bathroom drain was clogged and I put it in twice with it never being resolved. I fixed it myself

Overall great community & great staff! The all in one payment is easier to deal with for sure but it can vary person to person based on apartment size/usage. The amenities are great too! I will say If you like thicker walls weigh your options for sure

Overall pretty nice place, facilities are appealing from the community lounge to the fitness center. However The maintenance is incredibly slow and inconsistent still waiting for them to fix a few things from a few months ago.
