It's a perfectly reasonable place to live. The issues that have popped up have had every effort to be resolved quickly.. for an older apartment building. They are doing a great job of maintaining systems as they need updating

Nice neighbors, great amenities and clean housing. I’m appreciative of the ability to take my kids to the mini park and feel safe doing so. Highly recommende!

Overall good people it has its moments but so far everything is running good again. AC has its on and off days some trash left around the apartments but no fault in the management it’s people that don’t care that live here.

Maintenance is super slow. Water, heating, electricity disruptions are frequent without notice. New management communicates poorly about time-sensitive issues.
