Maintenance and front office staff are wonderful and helpful. A few occasionally noisy neighbors, but overall quiet community. They are making sure the kids at the pool are supervised now which is a great relief. The playground for the kids could use some updating.

pretty good! the fact that we can’t control ac/heat is hard especially because may has been in 80 degree weather and there’s no ac. There’s a quick response time to a lot of things but this really stinks, we already pay utilities and we haven’t even turned on the heater yet pay a lot? hopefully ac soon!

Still unsatisfied and will likely not renew. Being unable to use or have any control over my AC is unacceptable, on top of other concerns I have expressed.
