Happy Tenants Equal Happy Renewals
The Maintenance crew is always willing to stop what they're doing and lend a hand, Genuinely care and consider me a friend.
When they mark and prioritize their check lists, the top of the list item is keeping tenants happy.
But. Byron, Eli, and Carl all work well together. I dont get to thank them enough.

For what I pay in rent, I'd expect a better apartment.. I'm refering to cabinets closing all the way, or in fact the whole top row of kitchen cabinets being painted shut, or years of poorly painted walls trying to cover up impurities, windows so filthy on the outside that I can't even see through them.. I could go on and on. Just disappointing and expected better when moving it. Nothing like the pictures or what's advertised.
