Office staff (Karen and Allison) is outstanding.
Amenities are excellent.
Maintenance team does an excellent job with all of their tasks.
Location is excellent.
Roof replacement has been a hassle. My vehicle was hit by debris thrown off of the roof. Still waiting for a call from the roofer’s insurance adjuster.

There were problems with renovations, so much noise, so much mess left behind. They did "just enough" to satisfy themselves and their boss but they still left a lot for me to do. I haven't faced having my garage door blocked but it's inevitable.
