I love living here! It is wonderful and beautiful place to live. The staff is great and responsive to our needs and concerns. The three years went by very fast being peaceful and happy.

We have lived here for 6 months and could not be happier. The grounds are well kept. The office staff, maintenance, and neighbors are all very friendly and approachable. We love the location, and having convenient access to hiking trails is a huge plus for us. From the moment we toured this property 2 1/2 years ago, we knew this is where we wanted to be!

Moving day threw me an unexpected curveball when I suddenly couldn’t move into the apartment I had rented in another complex. I was overwhelmed and scrambling—but that’s when Allison and Karen came through like absolute heroes. They moved mountains to help me find a beautiful new home on the very day I needed it, and I couldn’t be more grateful.
This community is something special. The level of care, professionalism, and genuine kindness I’ve experienced here is far above anything I’ve... encountered in Colorado Springs before. From the impeccably maintained grounds and peaceful atmosphere to the well-appointed living spaces, everything about this place radiates quality and intention.
What we love most:
• Thoughtful amenities that elevate daily life
• The serenity and quiet—a true haven
• Friendly neighbors and a warm sense of community
• Beautiful walking trails and open space right nearby
• Close proximity to UCCS (a huge bonus!)
• A responsive and attentive maintenance team that truly cares
We feel so at home here already. I wish I could attach photos, but suffice it to say this is a peaceful retreat I never imagined I’d find in this city!
