Everyone who works AT THE APARTMENT (office/maintenance) is phenomenal. The parent company, however, has to be run by a team of bonobos. Or they’re hiring the absolute CHEAPEST contractors.
My water heater broke and the plumbers they hired seemed to be 2 stoners that didn’t turn on the gas to the new one, light it, purge it, or flush it. Had no hot water (or heat because they’re connected) for 3 days in late October. The maintenance team here did the best they could to help, but legally can’t... do much.
It’s taken over 2 months to repaint my building. 1 single building has sat half painted for 2 months lol. For the last 3 months, there has been CONSTANT construction, loud workers, banging on my roof, people on my porch, jackhammering at the pool, weird VERY LOUD hammering directly against metal, jackhammering in the parking lot, singing and shouting, etc. RIGHT at 8am.
I get construction, but constant, slow construction right where I sleep for months on end is just inconsiderate.

The mountain view is spectacular. The floor plan is great, there are lots of cabinet spaces, and the entire community is very quiet and clean. I'm glad that I made a good choice.
