I was charged renters protection even though I had provided proof of insurance. They still owe me a credit for the charges and are unresponsive to email. They seem to not communicate with each other during management transitions. The elevator, front vehicle gate and washing machines are constantly breaking down. I get a general sense of uncaring from the management.
