The Flats at Aero Park are phenomenal apartment homes - especially the pricing and included amenities. It has its issues, but they are mainly quality of life that do not cause too much harm, but can be a turn off after a period of time. The leasing team are phenomenal and very approachable. The maintenance team is quick to great repairs and transparent.

Beautiful Community with Exceptional Service!
I’ve had such a great experience at The Flats at Aeropark! The community is modern, clean, and thoughtfully maintained. The amenities are top-notch—from the pool and fitness center to the stylish clubhouse and outdoor spaces. What really stands out, though, is the team. The staff is friendly, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. Any questions or maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally. I also love the convenient location—it’s close to shopping, dining, and... major highways, making it easy to get around. Overall, I highly recommend The Flats at Aeropark to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to call home!

From start to finish, my move-in experience was smooth, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The leasing team was incredibly helpful, answering all my questions quickly and clearly—even before I officially signed the lease. They made sure I had everything I needed ahead of time, and the communication was top-notch.
When I arrived on move-in day, the apartment was spotless and ready to go. Everything looked exactly like the photos online—actually, even better in person. The staff had even gave... me a little welcome gift, which was such a thoughtful touch and made me feel instantly at home.
Maintenance walked through to ensure everything was working properly and offered to address anything on the spot if needed. The property is quiet and clean. I’ve already met a few neighbors and everyone has been kind and friendly.
This was, by far, the best move-in I’ve ever had. Huge shoutout to the team for making it so stress-free. I’m really excited to call this place home!
