Over 50 years old couple have been here for almost 4 months. Our apartment is close to the office, mailboxes and pool. It's a 2 bedroom and we share a wall with another unit. We are lucky because she's extremely quiet. Everthing is beautiful and works for our needs. I love having a washer/dryer in the apartment. The utilities aren't bad and we run the A/C at 68°constantly. The office staff has been wonderful and seem to resolve the issues pretty quickly. The Maintenance guys are exceptional and... very sweet! The amenities that I use is the gym, heated pool and hot tub. They have always been clean and well maintained. There is plenty of parking infront of our place. Every time I pull up I love seeing the landscaping. Are there issue? Any shared living space is going to have issues because some people are just knuckleheads and dont READ the lease or follow the rules. Luckily the office staff have faced those issues head on to create a beautiful community!

Absolutely love the management, everything from the tour to on move in day was professional, honest, and very easy going. I feel like they made the process easier for me, especially in my decision making. The community itself is beautiful, woth tons of amenities and great neighbors.

Fairly quiet and every issue I had was dealt with quickly. The easy access to woodmen and tutt is a huge bonus for me, making it fairly simple to go to work or run errands.
