Best complex I’ve lived at.

This is a great apartment complex to live at. The amenities are very good for being shared with the HOA and well kept. The whole complex is very well maintained. Have to give a massive shout out to the management team, in particular Whitney. She goes above and beyond everyday to ensure both new, potential, and existing residents are happy in the place they call home. Anytime I’ve had an issue she is first to jump on it to help solve the problem and come to a solution. The maintenance team here... is constantly busy and friendly. I would recommend if you’re looking for an apartment close to military bases in the springs stop in here and get a tour!

Dirty DIRTY!!!!!

If you care about your pet’s health, do NOT move here. This complex is filthy, when walking your dog, you’re going to tiptoe in order to not step on crap. Disgusting.

On top of that, there are some seriously trashy tenants who constantly have fights and make senses for all to hear, we have seen at least 5 different incidents at night (and during the day) and it’s just annoying. They don’t care about things like that, but they care SO MUCH about my car being parked in reverse, haha, they had it...
towed and I had to pay $394 to get it back. If you’re a decent family/ service-member… do yourself a favor and DON’T MOVE HERE !
