Sorry Montebello, but since the year of 2008 to the present your establishment of this apartment complex has gone way down hill with concerns of medical health which you cannot oblige to help with certain clients who have medical problems that cannot be helped , clients that have dogs that go in front of your window and they do not pick it up, children playing in hallways after 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, some of the things I understand cannot be addressed but some can, lighting outside and inside... not working for safety, homeless sleeping in laundry rooms and under stairs needs addressing, As a community we need to feel that we are safe and are not!, If you are concerned with so many of these issues that can be corrected than it would be nice if you did!, cleaning of vents and air ducts that have not been cleaned and is considered a health hazard since my husband has asthma and is in his medical records and was told that we would have to pay for getting this done, that is not our responsability to take care of this problem!

They will screw you
Even if you give notice and leave when your lease is up, they will say it wasn’t enough notice and go after you for over $1300. They will find a way to get more and more money out you. On top of all that it isn’t a great place to live, it’s loud, the parking lot is awful and the management is rude. DO NOT RENT HERE.... RUN

DONT GO HERE!
I was looking into these apartments and I have a friend who lives here who said I could come check out her apartment let me just tell you... these apartments are awful the management is awful they are rude and disrespectful to a paying tenant she was offered a lease renewal where is has gone up over 100$ which is what a newly renovated apartment cost when she brought up to the management that there was problems in her home last YEAR! They brushed it off and to this day you feel the spots where... the foundation is sinking and cracking... she has brought this to there attention again and still they brush her off like nothing DO NOT RENT AN APARTMENT HERE!!!!! AWFUL!!!!!

Hello
I've lived here for about 6 years now. It's actually a pretty good place to live. Maintenance is good and the office staff are nice. Unfortunately my rent is increased every year, too much for my budget to handle.
