This is one of the best properties i have lived in. Everything is very well taken care of. The office staff is very helpful, particular Jess. If there is ever an issue she will get it handle very promptly. The property is very well taken care of, i have lived at places that were dumps even though rent was super expensive. I can recommend this property more and the amazing office staff.

Excellent Leasing Staff and Location!
The Lookout at Broadmoor has a great leasing staff. Jess and Kandace are incredibly professional and do everything they can to help you. We moved in originally and now moving to a larger unit...they are so nice and accommodating. The buildings are a bit older but the units we have lived in all have new carpet, new flooring and very clean. Great staff, great location and excellent hospitality center and pool! Lots of wonderful four-legged friends around as well!

Don’t move here!!
This place has been the worst renting experience I have ever had. On move in day, we arrived to an absolutely disgusting apartment. It had clearly not been cleaned at all. The office is randomly closed every other day, and they never respond to emails. The hallways smell like cigarette smoke. Very poor management of the entire place. The common places are also very dirty.

DO NOT LIVE HERE. The absolute worst place I have ever rented, it doesn’t even deserve a star. They NEVER answer emails. Maintenance just doesn’t exist, I filed a number of work orders just for them to never show up or even contact me and then they would mark it as resolved in their system. I feared for my safety a number of times living here, management never responded to my emails or concerns, and when I asked for the number to contact the on-site security they never replied. I moved out this... summer and I’m STILL trying to get in touch with someone to get my refundable deposits back and they are ghosting all my emails and calls. They gave me absolutely no information about move out procedures and it seemed like they didn’t even remember I was moving out when I went to drop off my keys. Water is constantly being shut off, so many unexplained charges on account with no explanation. Absolutely terrible, disgusting, and unprofessional. They do not care about the residents at all. Would never recommend to anybody in Colorado Springs, I specially tell our new hires to avoid this place at all cost when they are looking for housing.
