Lies
Any reviews on here giving it a 4 or 5 star it is a lie. Homeless stay in the building, new owners every 9 months, the heaters are out in the building and have basically never worked, nothing is EVER fixed, roaches will 1000% be in your house no matter how clean you keep it which is funny because we pay for pest control but they never spray. If you need the cheap rent do it if you can help it go somewhere else. There is a reason the rent is cheap. 48 units and at 1 point only 15 to 20 where... taken up they don't even try until you make them.

Information is wrong about the apartments
There is no controlled access, the entrance and exit gates have been broken for over a year. Cable is not included with the apartment, you have to get your own and there's not high speed internet availability either. You can only get up to 80mb....

Avoid at all cost.
Neighbors sell drugs and stay up all night. Homeless people sleeping in the entry ways. Both of my vehicles were vandalized 2 different times by residents that management didn't evict. Oh and they are charging over 1k in damages to an already outdated and dirty apartment when i moved in.
