My husband and I have lived here for 7 years. We have been treated with continual respect, have never had a problem with the office staff, have always had our maintance requests done in a timely manner and if something needed to be rescheduled we have been properly notified (this hasn't happened much). The leasing team and maintenance team are the best of any apartment I’ve lived at. Roh and Fabian in the leasing office are always friendly, greet me by name, and are quick to address any issues. The maintenance team are responsive, kind, and resolve our issues quickly.

This is my second year at Champions Apartments. I couldn't be happier with property management and maintenance. They appear to love their jobs and we always like working with them. I recommend this complex, with all of its amenities, to anyone looking for a luxury experience.

Champions is my first apartment and has been a great location in terms of proximity to the park and nearby stores. The staff here is always quick to resolve issues especially regarding maintenance.
