I moved in here and was planning on spending my retirement years here because the ENTIRE staff was AWESOME. I have never lived in an apartment but they ALL made you feel like you were there top priority. Knew your name and greeted you like you were a part of something anywhere you saw them on the property. Service calls have been like you are at a luxury resort, prompt kind and knowledgeable. The front office staff was amazing. The property is well kept and we have been so very happy.But they... just sold to a new company and have already fired ALL of the staff. So not looking forward to having the nightmare I keep hearing from others in our town as to what you have to go through to get anything done with this company. I will be leaving as soon as my lease is up and look again for a place like this was.

My family and I enjoy living in this community here at The Bluffs-Castle Rock. All amenities are well maintained, cleaned and functional. We feel welcomed in the office if we ever need anything, the staff is super accommodating and kind. I really love the communication, and thoroughness the team provides. It’s been one of my favorite places I’ve rented at. Super grateful and happy to be here!!

This apartment community couldpeaceful and beautiful, yet there are major plumbing issues, and extreme lack of respectable and approachable property management. It is very obvious that they are struggling internally with staffing and training staff to be kind, helpful, and resourceful, let alone acknowledging basic human respect. The energy here is quite hostile, unwelcoming and depressing. Had I known. The employees of the community would be so draining and flat out rude, I’d have never signed... a lease and would most definitely never recommend this apartment complex to ANYONE, in fact I suggest the exact opposite for anyone looking for a new apartment home.
