So far so good! No breakdowns, no complaints, amenities are great. Just wish the blinds kept more light out. Light seeps in through the cracks of the blinds.

Union 9 Seventy has been incredible so far! Communication is top-notch — every email and phone call I’ve made has been answered promptly, which is such a breath of fresh air compared to other places. Grace has been absolutely amazing to work with, and the entire front staff is friendly, professional, and helpful.
Although expensive, the property itself is beautiful and well-maintained despite somewhat dirty hallways, and I’m genuinely excited to live here this school year. If you want a place... with great communication, a welcoming team, and a stunning property, Union 9 Seventy is the way to go!

It's going pretty good so far! Although, I have only lived here for about a week so far. The staff is great and have been very helpful with move-in.
