Renters Beware

Probably want to keep looking if you don't want foot traffic from Colfax, Fights breaking out, Pool parties, downed Elevators, Carpeted Hallways that have never been cleaned. Smokers in the Garage. Just to name a few. Happy Hunting.

I also want to share that our team has recently taken over management of the property, and since then we have implemented on-site patrols and have not experienced issues with fights or foot traffic from Colfax. We’ve also begun addressing maintenance concerns, including deep cleaning carpets and improving overall upkeep throughout the community.

Wonderful Living Experience

Overall, my experience has been excellent. The leasing office staff are very warm, friendly, and helpful. The apartment amenities and the overall environment are both very satisfying. All of these factors are what ultimately made me choose to live here.
