**Details:** Rent is $900/month, plus utilities (Xcel & Water), which are divided equally among residents. You will need to set up your own internet service. You would only share the kitchen and living area with me, while the front entrance and laundry will be shared with two others, as I also rent out my basement apartment.

**Pets:** negotiable if your pet doesn't shed. Only one more pet allowed since renter in basement has a golden retriever.  No pet fee.
