my apartment is large, 2 bath..nice balcony, the trees cover the back area so is cool most the time. Two pools, school across r the street. Close to schools, bus stops and stores.. I love living here

The apartment is kinda average in total. It is highly safe, however, you find a lot of issues which might bother you:
1. Music is loud. Your neighbor never understands that playing music loud will disturb you. And the apartment management can hardly do anything to help you solve that problem.
2. Specially in summer, you find children playing all the way. Thus, you have to be careful while entering to the apartment.
3. You will find people repairing their vehicles in the parking lot.
4. This is a... two bedroom apartment house. No single room available. However, you are given only one dedicated parking lot. Thus it becomes almost impossible to find parking space for your second vehicle.
5. The apartment is safe. Have not heard or felt any security issue.
6. The management is fine. They try to be helpful and cooperative in certain stances. However, they cannot fully help you when it comes to larger issues, like, noisy neighbor, repair of fridge or dishwasher. I like the way I was able to process my contract. It was easy. I didn't have to be here to process it. I called and an email was sent to me with the application. I was contacted right away that my application was accepted. I mailed my down payment and it was done. Best of all, I don't have to sign a contract.

When we moved in they should have replaced the carpet. We needed electrical work in the bathroom. The apartment stinks especially on hot days. The wiring for high speed internet and cable needs to be up-graded. Most of the maintenance staff only speaks Spanish.
The only saving grace for this complex is the management is really nice and organized.
