Moved here a few weeks ago & loving it already, office staff gets a A1 from me,very helpful with my application process I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE APTS TO ANYONE!!! GOOD JOB MAINTENANCE TEAM

Lived here for over 10 years staff in the office is nice and friendly. The units are nice and spacious neighbors are friendly the are is in a nice location .grocery store and shopping strip right across the street.elementary school within walking distance prime location in a good area great place to live

These apartments are great for first time renters. I love the fact that they are month to month, it's perfect for people like us who aren't sure where we will end up. As newly weds, we want to buy a home, but are glad we have the option to stay or leave with 30 days notice, and no need to break a lease! They are a little dated looking with popcorn ceilings and old countertops, but the space is fairly large for a one bedroom. The living area and bedroom are good sizes, the kitchen is a bit small.... The a/c and heater work well and we have a cute fireplace in our unit. It is pretty quiet and all of our neighbors have been friendly. Lots of military because we're close to the base and the month to month agreements. I do wish they would put a little more money into updating, but overall it's been great.

This is a very well Landscaped apartment complex with plenty of parking. Walking distance shopping center & stores in a beautiful neighborhood. Neighbors & tenants are pleasant as well as the Office staff. I've lived here since 2006 with no complaints and will continue to call this my home until I can afford an actual house for myself. I would recommend River Run Apartments to anyone looking for a place to call home.

very quite, 2 pools & 2 Hot tubs, Very Nice neighborhood, close to schools & parks. Management is very nice and helpful. Great place to live!
