Beautiful Community & Friendly Staff

Stopped by the Leasing Office yesterday to tour the community, and Maya was amazing! From start to finish she answered all of our questions, and she was very knowledgeable about the community! Our favorite amenity was the indoor basketball and pickleball court. A close second is Mortons Steakhouse is connected to the building, such a nice touch! The grounds are well kept, and the staff inside the Leasing Office was very nice and accommodating. Thank you for the awesome tour Maya!!!

Legacy is the worst

You will step in pet urine and filth everywhere. Too busy deceiving incoming tenants to respond to tenants begging them to clean the bldg and fix everything broken. Was a lovely place before legacy and their mean spirited staff got here. Most are moving out.

The WORST living experience

Pros:
- Good amenities
- Convenient location

Cons:
- Unsafe (frequent car break-ins, non-existent security guard, no security cameras)
- Unable to open windows due to neighbors constantly smoking
- A lot of weed smokers, with weed smell entering and remaining INSIDE the apartment through air condition/bathroom vents
- Dirty apartment grounds
- Frequent fire alarms
- Rude and poorly trained management staff
- Overwhelmed maintenance staff (as a result, things stay broken for a while)

triana

Its a great place, nice community feel. They do a lot of events to get the neighbors together. The staff is great, the pool and lounge area make this place a great place to live at.
