This building is in the perfect location if you want to have that "neighborhood" feel that is so rare in L.A. It's walking distance from grocery stores,bus stops,restaurants,bars,famous landmarks and designer stores. It's very well maintained and there's a gorgeous view of the hills from the rooftop pool and spa.It's reasonably priced for the area and rent includes a parking spot in the gated garage.The management is very prompt and the common areas are always very clean,including the laundry... room!It's a very safe building in a great location.
