Best apartment building
From the design of the newly renovated apartments to the management, 717 N. Orlando is the best apartment building I’ve lived in. Managment is impeccable-always willing to help and quick to respond. Not only that, they have outfitted the common spaces and individual units with incredible amenities. The location is also unbeatable, as you are in the heart of West Hollywood and walking distance to some of the best restaurants, shopping and workout studios in the city.

Condo Finishings, Quiet Neighbors
This building is fantastic. From the first moment to finding it and moving it, everything was seamless and professional. The owner takes pride in the building (recently gut renovated) and spared no expensive in the update. He cares about both the building and it’s tenants. Perfect for young couples, this is a quiet building with respectful neighbors who do not party.
