The property is clean and any issues I’ve had or addressed quickly. It’s a comfortable place to live and I appreciate the positive environment. I have started to love the changes too.

Thorough, friendly, but response was a bit delayed I put a ticket in for a broken dishwasher on the 23rd. No response as of the 28th. I added to the ticket saying that it had been five days and no one had come. That was immediately followed by effective action - the dishwasher was replaced.

Lived here for a year and experienced management changes. The low move-in costs might look good at first, but you’ll probably end up paying for it when you move out. Management goes over every little thing in the apartment and charges you for what they call “damages,” even if it’s just normal wear and tear or stuff that was already there and never fixed while you lived there.
Maintenance is pretty hit-or-miss. They usually respond in a decent amount of time, but a lot of the fixes are just... temporary. The same problems tend to come back again and again, which gets really frustrating.
Rent is already high, but the utility bills are what really make it worse. They’re consistently expensive, and no one ever clearly explains how they’re calculated or split between residents. Trying to get a straight answer about what you’re actually paying for can be a headache.
Safety also isn’t great. The gate has been broken for over a year and hasn’t been fixed, so it doesn’t really keep anyone out. The complex is right next to the freeway and close to areas with a lot of drug activity and homelessness, which doesn’t make it feel very secure.
Overall, it feels like the complex is more focused on finding ways to charge tenants than actually taking care of the property or being transparent. What seems affordable at first can end up costing way more than you expect by the end of your lease. Read More
