Poor management
Picture are worth a thousand words but let’s not, poor upkeep, they do not respect renters, vacant feels on premises from a fire that was never demolished, poor wash facility, many homeless nearby that move freely throughout complex… try another

Manager sucks/not worth it.
These apartments are not worth your money. The pool was never clean and absolutely disgusting. These apartments are gross and the manager never fixed anything. The laundry room is gross and none of the washers or dryers work. One of the apartments burnt down almost 6 months ago and the manger hasn’t even came to look at the apartment. This is absolutely ridiculous.
