While I was sitting in front of him, Joshua was dismissive, ignored me to my face, and spoke in a rude, condescending manner. Instead of acknowledging the condensation evidence, he repeatedly pressed me with irrelevant questions like “Has your dog ever peed on the balcony?” Then he tried to threaten me by claiming they had pictures and videos of other “incidents,” but when I asked to see them, he refused. It was an obvious bluff meant to intimidate rather than resolve the matter.

This is not the conduct of professional management. It’s hostile, dishonest, and shows zero respect for residents paying thousands of dollars each month.

For prospective tenants: beyond the way management mistreats residents, be aware that directly behind the church next to the property is a large homeless encampment in the neighboring parking lot. These are your actual “neighbors” to what is marketed as Luxury Resort-Style Apartments.
