John has been an excellent apartment manager. He is always ready and willing to help us whenever there is a problem. He is always friendly and willing make conversation when he sees us walking around the apartment building. He also responds quickly to any phone calls or emails I send. We have had a great experience at the summit on woodman and John has been a big part of that.

John has been a great manager at Summit on Woodman. Anytime there’s an issue or request, it’s taken care of promptly and professionally. He’s always communicative, helpful, and goes out of his way to make sure things are handled. Definitely appreciate the way he manages the property—it makes a big difference.

I have lived all over Los Angeles, but my time at Summit has easily been one of the best. For starters, everything was nice and clean from the moment we first stepped foot into the building. I also love that every maintenance issue I've had since moving in has been attended to that same day and fixed within a week. It's a long shot from the last place I lived where I had to move out for weeks at a time because issues took so long to solve.

This has been a great place to live! The leasing manager John is always responsive and addresses any issues / concerns in a timely manner. Having a manager that cares about the property and its tenants are hard to come by these days. The property is also clean and feels safe
