My experience in Paseo Living is extraordinary! Very good building, apartment and management team. I highly recommend it!

I had a very frustrating experience with this property. I applied after touring and was upfront about needing to move early from my current apartment due to safety concerns and ongoing illegal activity there.

I was told I was approved based on credit, but they wanted to verify rental history. I explained that my current landlord is unresponsive and difficult to reach, and offered to provide alternative documentation (payment records, etc.). Instead of working with me, they told me they would... cancel my application if they couldn’t get in contact with my landlord—something completely out of my control.

I made multiple attempts to follow up, asked to speak with management, and tried calling the office several times, but was ignored. Meanwhile, they moved forward with another applicant and effectively dismissed my application without giving me a fair opportunity to provide supporting documentation.

They kept my application fee, despite not making a good faith effort to process my application or communicate with me. Overall, the experience felt dismissive and unprofessional.
