This place looks clean, but it is full of cockroaches. If you request pest control, she will call them, but I’m not sure they actually do anything. They just come, put something on your door, and leave. I don’t think they do any real spraying. I asked them to come, and the very next day I saw a cockroach crawling around, so I decided to seal all the cracks and spray every week myself to avoid cockroaches. I no longer ask for pest control.

I would also like to share another experience I had in... this apartment. A couple of weeks ago, there was a leak due to rain. I asked them to come take a look and fix the issue, but they delayed it. When it rained again, the leaking got worse. I then decided to call the City of Los Angeles and file a complaint. The inspector came the next day, and only then did they rush to fix the issue. That seems to be the only way to get them to do repairs. Otherwise, they don’t care.

She will ask you to fill out paperwork or submit a work order online, but she never follows up or looks at it. She is only “nice” when she is around, which is rare. Every time you go to the office, she is not there and leaves a sign saying she’ll be back at 1:30. When you come back at that time, she’s still not there. She is basically only here when she wants to be, so there is no real on-site manager.

I would not recommend living in this apartment, especially if you are a clean person. For this price, you can definitely find a better place. This place is overpriced. I've been here for a little over a year, right at the beginning Gladys the manager the way she introduced her self I felt it was a friendly place to be,right after she showed me around the building and I fault in love with it.
Very clean,Very quite just a lovely place to live. It's been a year little more I have no complaints Very few times I had the maintenance need and a matter of a day or two,issues get repaired. By the way the best maintenance guy here.

I am writing to share my experience living at Park Manor Apartments. I have rated this property as excellent because it is exceptionally well cared for.

The management consistently keeps the grounds meticulously maintained, with weekly mowing, a clean swimming pool, and the property is always spotless. Furthermore, if you have a maintenance issue in your apartment, the staff addresses it right away.

It is a very peaceful place to live, and I would strongly suggest it to anyone considering this... area. I have lived here for 15 years and highly recommend it.

Park Manor Apartments has been my home for the past seven years, and it is going to be so sad to part ways. Particularly because Gladys has been the most exceptional manager. This place is not as advertised, no heat this winter, they shut off utilities without notice. The manager (Gladys) will lie and break the law. Look elsewhere for somewhere to live.
