Terrible
This building would be ok if it was not for the loud noise coming from the last bottom apartment by the back parking lot. Tenants are camping outside, playing music in the early morning, blocking the walk way creating a fire hazards . The noise echoes everywhere and its not respectful to others!

Good overall experience if you are looking for quiet living
This is a good place to live if you are looking for some place that is quiet and is in a decent area. I have never really needed to call maintenance for any big issue since I've been here and I usually take good care of my things so I haven't really had any issues there. Management is responsive and I get the feeling like this place is meant to be for working singles or working couples who want to come home and rest in a quiet community. Really - it is super quiet! Things get cleaned around the... building once a week and neighbors are generally friendly. I'm looking to stay here for maybe another year or two and so far it's been a good choice for me.

Horrible.
This apartment is by far the worst.. Norma who's supposed to be the person we contact never gets things done. Plumbing is an issue as well as maintenance. Don't waste your time.. You may wake up one morning to your rent being increased while the work in your apartment has decreased.

Unsatisfactory
5330 Corteen Place may look nice on the outside, but your experience living there will be unsatisfactory. Maintenance response time is slow and they don't fix anything. Instead of fixing the repairs, they rather "bandage" what needs to be done or take their sweet time doing so. Bath tubs are covered with cheap paint that will later chip. They do not clean the outside windows. If you are an older tenant, they will not upgrade those windows. They currently have no management for this building and... have a high turnover with management. The plumbing is always needs to be fixed and there's two washing machines and dryers for 21 units. Parking is horrible.
