This Building Has not been well managed ! No one knows what they are actually being charged for ! Building and laundry is infested with roaches! Pictures Posted can be deceiving ! This place needs to fully fumigate the building for them to actually keep and or have tenants here!!! Let alone the Mickey Mouse jobs that get done for a “new renovated apartment “ all they they do is scatter the roaches more and use cheap material for the units “just to get the job done “ and make they’re money by any... means necessary!

THIS PLACE USED TO BE VERY CLEAN AND A CLOSED BUILDING BUT SINCE THE OWNER SOLD TOLD THE BUILDING AND A MANAGEMENT COMPANY TOOK OVER PRETTY MUCH SOME TENANTS DO NOT CARE OF THE BUILDING THEY LIVE IN IS DIRTY, NOISY, ANYONE GOES IN AND OUT OF THE PLACE AND AT TIMES SOME TENANTS ARE DOWNSTAIRS SMOKING MARIJUANA. NOT GOOD OR SAFE AT ALL. LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO RELOCATE.
