I have lived here since 1977 and still love this building. Of all the managers I dealt with in the past, I find Alex to be the best. She is very friendly and helpful to everyone and makes us feel at home. When a repair job is completed in my Unit, she inspects the work to make sure all is good. That was something Andrew or Diane would not do, so I was impressed. She seems to be a fun person. Raymond

Although the building & overall style is very 70's (when the building was originally made), you get incredibly spacious rooms in the apartments, & feel you are getting a good deal for your money unlike a lot of places in LA. Another positive is that the building is very secured. However, the apartment does not have any amenities nor does it include any of the bills. The landlord, who lives on site, is a bit essentric, almost to a level that maybe some people with introverted personalities cannot... handle.. Though she means well & is very flexible. Quality of living here also depends on which unit you receive. If you live towards the back (where I live) you will be constantly hearing the noise from the apartment building next door.
