We also are happy to house extended family on the Holidays and summer. We rent 30, 60 or 90 nights or anywhere in between. We are very flexible. Our minimum is a 30 night booking. Pricing does change seasonally, due to demand. Please text me with any Inquiries. We do have the property for sale. We can work with renters to close escrow after their stay.
