If they don't feel like fixing something they just mark your service request complete without fixing anything. Stove went unrepaired for a month. Dishwasher has been broken for a month now. The laundry room washers leak water which causes mold issues and floods the apartment next to it. People let their dogs poop on the sidewalks around the pools. Garbage always strewn around dumpsters and parking lot. Management is an absolute joke.

Solana Pointe Apartments refuse to clean raw sewage
I live in these apartments and they are terrible. Our toilet started overflowing because of a main line break and overflowed onto the floor. The maintenance crew wore no PPE and tracked sewage in our apartment. The manager, Sandy, claims it is just water and they refuse to clean it. Do not live here unless you love living in feces and urine.
