Perfect for Families

I have lived at Acacia for over a year and it has only gotten better. The new management is very kind and welcoming and they have done a lot to build a sense of community. The amenities are very nice and family friendly. The apartments are laid out very nicely with ample storage space. The high ceilings seem to make a huge difference when it comes to noise. It is a peaceful and safe community, and I love that they are pet friendly.

Great new management and maintenance team

I have lived it Acacia for a few years now and getting stuff done was hard. Since the new management they have been really understanding and kind. They also have more community involved events which i feel had bright people in to better spirits I often walk my dog and more people are happy and saying hi. I don’t know if that’s related but overall the community seems happier since the change in management. Also the new maintenance team is doing everything they can to help fix things that the... others didn’t get to do. They have managed to fix quite a few things and in a timely manner which is great. Overall the whole team is very kind and helpful. The only thing I would say it’s hard to do is get a phone call in to the office but that is due to a phone issue that I believe they are working on.

Very Good

I’ve had a really positive experience with this community. It’s a relatively quiet place, and the amenities are a great bonus that add a lot of value. Overall, it’s a comfortable and enjoyable apartment complex, and I’ve appreciated the quality and atmosphere it offers.
