Adjacent to Walgreens, Starbucks. .Close to restaurants, hardware store, beauty salon, many medical offices, grocery stores, UPS. car wash with oil change.

Staff very helpful. Great location, Adequate parking. Gym, pool and hot tub. Laundry. Patios. Santa Rosa Creek trail. Adjacent to Walgreens, Starbucks and across from Sarmentines French Bakery, Halo Beauty Salon and close to many restaurants. Many other services like hardware, tire and carwash and gas right at Mission and Rt 12. Also City bus stops, I have lived here for 20 years.
