This place is nice at first. The location is great, the pool gives a great summer vibe. The maintenance of the apartments is laughable. While the space is large, the windows and walls have clearly gone through a lot. The water stains in the bathroom haven't been tended to, the windows do not close as they are not normal windows. The drawers in the kitchen are holding on by a thread and the floors are uneven from erosion or water.
Aside from that, management will do anything to pull money... from you. They also do not communicate unless its by written letters left on door posts (yeah, like in high school). Be careful asking for anything or voicing any concerns because they will retaliate and harass you for you to move out and break lease. The building manager lives in the building but you may not contact him and he does nothing to help. I have packages missing that were signed off on, even though he specifically mentioned that he lets deliveries in. It's been a month and I'm still waiting for them to magically appear. You are better off paying this much rent somewhere else that's better maintained, quieter, and better managed. This place is a dump and the neighbors are stress-inducingly loud. Not worth it.

The 3 Months I resided at this residence was like being in Paradise. The weather, and ambiance. Oh, to have it back! Also, the rent. $119/month. Now, I understand, it went condo. If only I stayed!!
