Montiavo Townhomes provide a range of amenities and a convenient location in Santa Maria,California. However, some aspects of the units may not meet expectations. The appliances and finishes in the units could be described as low-quality. The appliances seem to be basic and not particularly durable, leading to frequent maintenance issues. Similarly, the finishes, such as flooring and cabinetry, may not have the refined look and durability one might hope for in a higher-end property.

Parking seems to be a real issue in this complex. Tenants occupy all guest parking leaving no room to par. It is dangerous to cross the very busy street across the complex without any near cross walks. This should be addressed as soon as possible.
