No parking for visitors and you have multiple families living in a two bedroom apartment I don’t care about but this families have 3-4 cars so we don’t have parking you “are restricted from having more than two per lease “ the rules are not in force also try calling the office if you need repairs in your apartment alway goes to answering machine we no longer live there thank goodness

My husband and I relocated from Orange County. We both lived there for about 40 years. Moving to Santa Maria was daunting , but the staff here are unbelievable. They made us feel comfortable and our apartment is great. There's more to see in Santa Maria, but if the people are as welcoming as the property manager, and her team, then I have nothing to worry about.

Management does not care about their residents. They run this place like the slums allowing multiple families to live in one bedroom apartments. Police have come to the property six times in the last three months over drugs, trespassers, animals, noise, and other nuisance. The Front Office employees are a bunch of liars that sit around the office doing nothing. They even bring their animals to work. Horrible landscaping, terrible website, and they just don’t care. These people are all about the money and don't treat tenants with respect. They refuse to do necessary repairs. They would rather kick good tenants out and continue to rent unsafe apartments.
