Maintenance and Management are unreliable. The building is dirty. Garage door doesn't work. Unexplained fees get added to monthly rent with no explanation. Exponential increase in rent since new management took over. Elevators don't work, common areas always dirty. Worst experience living here.

1/10, would not recommend anyone to stay here. Terribly designed amenities, the water softener they use leaves slimy residue on your skin regardless of how much you scrub in the shower. The employees provide empty platitudes when you bring up issues but don't actually address anything. They seem to be running a racket with a local towing company. They purposefully provide insufficient parking to tenants to force them to park outside, but then tow any car parked for over 2 hours at a cost of... $400-600. I guess the kick backs they receive from that exceeds the rent they can charge on just providing sufficient paid parking spots. Read More

Moving to the Sofia was an excellent choice. We found the leasing office helpful and courteous, the amenities are delightful, and our maintenance requests were handled promptly.
