Staying at Amber Court Apartment for more than a year has been an excellent experience, thanks to the professionalism and dedication of the management team: Dalia, Gaby, Darvin, and Mike. They consistently maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment, and their responsiveness to any request or concern has always been timely and thoughtful. A few things that truly stood out during my stay: • Friendly and supportive staff who always treat residents with respect and care. • Quick... and effective maintenance service, making daily life worry-free. • Clear communication whenever updates or notices are needed. I appreciate the effort they put into creating such a positive living experience. I’m grateful for everything they’ve done over the past year and highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a well-managed place to live.

Bad Move out experience
I lived at Amber Court for more than a year. I moved out and at the move out I was charged for the carpet, counter top and kitchen cook top. The carpet was not in bad shape at all. They mentioned that there were scratches on the counter top which are so minor when you notice. This was such a hefty amount and I didn't contest it as i didn't want to get into legal and didn't have time for it. The carpet has to be damaged for them to charge for it. It wasn't damaged. The experience was not good... overall and the move out charges left a bad taste. I would not recommend Amber Court to anyone.
