Super fast repair I called at 4:45 on a Sunday afternoon when my toilet needed repair for a flapper issue. The leasing associate sent maintenance immediately, and the problem fixed within an hour.

If you’re moving to the bay area or looking to upgrade your current apartment, Nantucket is the answer! Nantucket deployed a professional leasing leader Vivian! She listens to our needs and follow up on the results. We did renew last month (Jan’2025) our lease contract for the 3rd year and we look forward to enjoy our stay @ Nantucket.

Poor maintenance
I get it, these buildings are old. Not old enough to write off as uninhabitable but old enough where you accept little quirks that come with the building: old hardware, years of layered paint, you get the point.
The issue is when you have major issues that require more than a slap of paint, you know like broken microwaves and doors. Maintenance will do everything possible to not have to simply replace things while showing up randomly unannounced at your home to fix things at the most... inconvenient times imaginable.
This place needs work to say the least and I don’t mean the apartments, it’s the crew running it.
