I've been living here for about 4 years now, and my experience has been fantastic. Over that time, I’ve only needed to submit about 2-3 maintenance requests, and each time the property manager has been incredibly efficient in addressing them. She’s always been very accommodating and helpful, and communication has been great throughout my stay.

The property itself is well-kept and clean, which I really appreciate. The new laundry machines are a huge plus! They offer both coin and app payment... options, so I no longer have to worry about finding change – it’s super convenient.
It’s pet friendly, it has a small gym and a mini park area.
Location-wise, it’s hard to beat. The 22 Freeway is nearby, making commuting easy. Walmart is just a 6-minute drive away, and there are also several 7-Elevens ,Northgate and gas stations in the area. Lived at this property for almost a year. Great place, close to everything, and the apartments are very well maintained and appointed. The property manager was always very welcoming and friendly. I would definitely live here again :)

I have lived here 4 1/2 years and now I have to move home. My dad passed away and I have to move back up north to take care of my mom. Although, when I return' I will move back to Sunset Ridge Apartments.

Janet (apartment manager)has promptly and professionally addressed all my concerns and needs. She has kept the premises, maintained and clean as well as, created a comfortable community environment to live in. I believe this to be very important and a testament to Janet and her team.

Apartments are nice on the outside. It has a small gym, 2 small laundry rooms, jacuzzi, pool and playground. I love that most 2 bedroom apartments have 2 bathrooms. Only complaint is that management takes their time to fix certain things when you report it to them. (Plumbing, A/C, etc).

Manager is strict with visitor parking spaces. They will tow you in minutes without warning, so don't forget to get a visitor pass! Small Pets are welcome but require a deposit.
