I have lived at Pinnacle at Macarthur Place for over 2 years, and plan to re-sign another year lease because I couldn't imagine anywhere better to live. The office staff, Hoa, Misty and Calvin, are some of the most welcoming and wonderful people I've met. They make an apartment building feel like a forever home. The complex is incredible and the amenities are fantastic. Pinnacle at Macarthur Place turns simply living in a building into a vibrant community of amazing people run by amazing people.

They have reduce the number of staff to save money. There's no one in the leasing office. You can't get a hold of anyone. If you email them for something they will tell you to put in a service request. Then that service request will never get done. Until you go out of your way to knock on the leasing door and hope that someone answers you. Then they will give you an old key fob replacement and charge you 50 dollars! Instead of 25 dollars as stated in the leasing agreement. Then they will ignore... all your emails and service request to fix the charge. Clean, quiet and close to everything you could want. 2 years as a renter and maintenance staff is great, only had a clogged sink. New keyless entry and smart thermostats installed. Perfect temperature, only used the heat once and air twice in 2 years. Highly recommend.

THE APARTMENT IS MODERN CONTEMPORARY WITH A JUNIOR OLYMPIC SWIMMING POOL AND AN EXCELLENT FITNESS CENTER THAT PARALLELS ANY PROFESSIONAL GYM.

THE LARGE 2/2 APARTMENT IS OVER SIZED AT 1521 SQ. FT THAT IS LARGER THAN MOST APARTMENTS IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA.

THE PRICE PER SQUARE FOOTAGE IS HUNDREDS LESS THAN ANY OTHER COMPARABLE APARTMENT IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA.

THE GROUNDS ARE WELL KEPT AND PROFESSIONAL MANAGED.

Leasing office is very helpful at move in but sometimes it can be quite difficult to get noisy neighbors to stop harassing your ceiling (walls are pretty thin) I can even hear them vacuum at 12 at night. Maintanence is the best I've seen when it comes to something inside our apartment, they usually come within the next hour or so. Apartments get deceivingly hot due to windows only being on one side of apartment in our layout so the a/c must be ran at all times if you don't want it to be 83... and above at night, Winter time isn't too bad though.
