This townhouse is nicely updated and furnished. The two car garage, with washer/dryer, opens to the patio and then into the townhouse. A great room feeling exists within the kitchen family/dining room. The updated kitchen, with granite counters, has... a microwave, dishwasher and an electric stove with two ovens. In addition to everyday pots and pans, there is a coffee maker, toaster oven, blender and crockpot for all your cooking needs. A large pantry houses some canned goods and spices.

There are nightstands at either side of the bed and a 6 drawer dresser inside the closet. Large windows overlook the front of the building and the lovely manicured gardens and walk way. The beautiful grounds are kept in perfect condition by the gardening staff that oversees their care. There are walking paths throughout the complex and a short distance from the townhouse, there is a pool and tennis court for your use. This ideal location is in close proximity to the lovely park a few blocks away and every kind of shopping - Traders Joe's, Sprouts, Ralphs, Home Depot, Target and too many more to list.
