10-12 month Lease. No pets. No smoking is allowed inside the home. The tenant is responsible for electric and gas. Owner pays for water and trash.

If selected as a tenant, a Move-in Fee of $49 per household is required. The fee covers a move-in inspection including digital records of property conditions for tenant protection.
