Home... is approximately 850 sq. ft. and features a fenced grassy front yard which provides privacy. It also comes with a refrigerator, stove/oven, washer and dryer hookups. No off-street parking (except for unloading items).

10-12 Month Lease. This is a NO PETS property. No smoking is allowed inside the home. The tenant is responsible for all utilities associated with the property.

If selected as a tenant, a Move-in Fee of $49 per household is required. The fee covers a move-in inspection including digital records of property conditions for tenant protection.

DO NOT DISTURB CURRENT TENANTS. A showing associate from our company must be present to show you around the home. We will not be doing open house showings for Fall Housing properties with tenants inside. If your group is chosen for a property, we will schedule a time where everyone in your group will have to view the property in person before a lease is written.
