Enjoy great views and access to public transportation. Home also has a 2 car garage and plenty of driveway space.

12 month Lease. No pets. No smoking is allowed inside the home. The tenant is responsible for all utilities associated with the property. The owner will pay for landscaping.

If selected as a tenant, a Move-in Fee of $49 per household is required. The fee covers a move-in inspection including digital records of property conditions for tenant protection.

DO NOT DISTURB CURRENT TENANTS. A showing associate from our company must be present to show you around the home. If your group is chosen for a property, we will schedule a time where everyone in your group will have to view the property in person before a lease is written.
