FALL HOUSING: Please apply first, then showings will be scheduled for chosen groups.

The house has LVT flooring throughout, the main living area has a fireplace. The laundry room has a washer and dryer. There is also included a 3 car attached garage and RV Parking per city ordinance. The large yard is beautifully landscaped.

Appliances - Fridge, gas range, dishwasher, and microwave.

12 month Lease. No pets. No smoking is allowed inside the home. The tenant is responsible for all utilities associated with the property. The owner will pay for landscaping.

If selected as a tenant, a Move-in Fee of $49 per household is required. The fee covers a move-in inspection including digital records of property conditions for tenant protection.

DO NOT DISTURB CURRENT TENANTS. A showing associate from our company must be present to show you around the home. We will not be doing open house showings for Fall Housing properties with tenants inside. If your group is chosen for a property, we will schedule a time where everyone in your group will have to view the property in person before a lease is written.
