Current renter is moving back home end of December, and that leaves just myself here. Quiet female, 40's, Vegan, with one ESA living here- a cat, respectful, regular sleep schedule, works full time, with clean kitchen habits. //

Room is private, and right now the full bathroom would also be private since no one else is renting at this time. Usually two renters share this full bathroom). //

Rent is $950/month due on the 1st of each month. Utilities are flat rate $150 each month.//
$1100 security deposit. 6 month or 1-year lease. //
There are no guests allowed (I am rentingto you- not your friends), and no pets allowed. This is a co-ed environment at times. //
