I moved into a 1bdrm at Metro in 2020, moved into a 2bdrm with my boyfriend in 2024, sadly we had to leave in 2025 for a better opportunity. All together I lived at metro for about 5 years and I have to say it was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The apartments are clean and well taken care of, updated with washer and dryers in unit. Spacious closets considering the size of the apartment complex. If I ever had an issue with anything, maintenance was quick to respond and would even... sometimes come the same day. It’s a small complex, but I feel that gives you a better sense of community with your neighbors. Jazmine, the onsite property manager goes above and beyond for her tenants. Including hosting apartment paint nights and pumpkin patches, whatever holiday is coming up, there’s always a little something to get the complex in the holiday spirit. She also goes out of her way to make sure the complex is safe and clean, SO helpful and offers solutions to almost any problem you might have. It was really hard for us to make the decision to leave, but if an opportunity had not presented itself, we would 100% still be living there. It’s also very safe and in such a great part of San Leandro, right down the street from Sons of Liberty & Fieldwork, you can walk to downtown.

My Perfect Zen
Metro 348 has a beautiful courtyard and spacious living rooms. It is quiet here. All my neighbors are very friendly. It is in a perfect location for me in San Leandro, several grocery stores, auto shops, Bart etc. The manager Jazzmine is so helpful and on point with managing the property. I love the large window in living room that allows in the natural light .This is my Perfect Zen

Sweet, Well taken care of Community
I love living at Metro348. The staff are exceptionally responsive whenever I need anything, foster a sense of community, and I can tell they genuinely care about the residents here. I really appreciate all of the upgrades that are consistently happening and the property is very well taken care of.

Good location
Hi… My name is Angela, I have been living in this community for 1 year and 6 months and I really like the peace, the convenience of being a few miles from the Bart station, supermarkets, hospital and also for the impeccable work that manager Jazmine has been doing in the community. Great location & neighbors, owners get greedy tho and hike up rent prices with time
Lived in this apartment complex for several years and enjoyed the community I built with the neighbors. Never had issues with the neighbors on the street and there's a sense of everyone helping each other out. The apartments are decent, they renovated them a bit a couple years back to look more modern but they still have that old feel in some ways. Overall had a great experience living here, but one thing I did not like that is that if you've been living here for a while the owners of the... building tend to gradually increase your rent until it becomes non-affordable. Mind you they didn't give us any rent relief/flexibility during COVID either. You would think that they would want people to stay here longterm but with the price gauging it seems like they're just about the $$.
