Only rent the apartment if you want to sweat and be unable to sleep at night!
It is too hot in the apartment, during summer time it might be 90F or above. There is no AC, the building is not able to keep cool. Getting a room ventilator does not help at all, and the management does not respond to the complains

Dear Neighbor, most communities in the Bay Area do not have AC as the weather here is mild. There are a few spikes here and there, however the beautiful ocean breeze we have here in the Foothill makes it extremely pleasant and saves us a lot of... money on electricity.
Also we make it a point to emphasize we do not have AC on our Web site / in our Ads and during calls/tours, etc.
ALL issue that are brought up to our attention are addressed in a timely manner. Your questions were addressed within 24 hours of your initial contact with us.

Amazing place to live , property manager is very prompt In helping residents . We love this place , newly remodeled apartments making living more comfortable .
